Joe is a partner at 17A, where he oversees project delivery across 17A's engagements. Joe also directly supports projects in his areas of expertise or in new domains for 17A.

Recent work
Joe is currently serving as 17A's lead for a cross-agency, place-based public safety initiative in Dallas, deploying environmental interventions (e.g., clean-up, lighting, code compliance) towards the goal of reducing violent crime. He also recently led 17A's work modernizing a critical back-office function for a major transit agency, creating 8-figure savings within 12 months, and served as the technical lead for the multi-year implementation of a State-Based Healthcare Exchange.
Background
Prior to joining 17A, Joe was an Engagement Manager at Palantir Technologies, where he led Palantir’s efforts across Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Joe graduated from Northwestern University in 2015, earning a Bachelors with honors in Mathematics.
