"There are so many incredible people hoping to work in our space. The best part of the past 10 years of 17A has been meeting so many of them and learning more about what they are working toward."

Role
Annie is the Founder of 17A, where she focuses on leading the 17A team and uncovering new, creative ways to bring great talent and durable solutions to the public service delivery space.
Recent work
At 17A, Annie supports the 17A leadership, ops and delivery teams to show up with the skills, tools, and energy to deliver; works to ensure 17A team members are set up to support our clients and the end users they serve, through increasingly flexible and results-oriented delivery models; builds 17A’s strategy for bringing great talent to the public service delivery space in new and better ways and supports the 17A team’s work to bring new solutions to the jail-Medicaid population.
Background
Annie has 15 years of experience managing and leading teams to deliver strategy and transformation projects across hundreds of agencies at the local, state and federal level as well as for impact oriented organizations in the private sector. Prior to 17A, she worked as an analyst at a bank and as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and JD and MBA from Harvard University.
Something fun? Annie can generally be found chasing her toddler across splash pads, berry picking fields and playgrounds across Cincinnati.
