Role

Alex is the Head of Operations and General Counsel at 17A. He oversees 17A's internal operations, employee engagement and technology stack, while also managing enterprise-wide risk at the company.

Recent work

Alex recently oversaw the 17A's transition from disparate pay, time and benefits systems to one, integrated, employee-focused system.

Background

Prior to 17A, Alex was a real estate attorney at Amazon, supporting the build out Amazon’s network of warehouses and delivery stations across the US. Before this role, Alex spent several years as a real estate attorney in Cincinnati focused affordable housing developments and investments in low-income communities. Alex also led charitable giving for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ohio for three years.
